tluke, I don't know how much you make, and I don't really care. But you, as well as every other cop in America, deserve every penny you make, and probably more.

I wasn't slamming you re: your cops salary. I'm not giving you attitude in my original post titled, "Awww c'mon, on a cop's salary"
I just know that, as a 10-year veteran inner-city street cop in Los Angeles myself, VERY few drive Merdedes. I can think of only one that I knew of. I know what we make, and I know what we buy and where we (generally) live.
Let's just say there are far more coppers in F-150's and Accords than in C-class Mercedes.

was at my dealer on monday, and my guy (he just got promoted to manager) just delivered a 03 C32 to a nice cop. you never know.

I've calmed down now!
Thanks for the welcome. My new C320 4 Matic is in and waiting for me at the dealer. It is just sitting there covered in light snow. They did not have an M-B mechanic in on Saturday to prep and go over it for delivery so it looks like Monday afternoon. For anyone interested it is in Brilliant Silver with the Comfort Launch package and all leather interior. So, Monday it is!
