Talking Installing CF Lip

Okay...so tomorrow I'll be receiving my EuroTeck CF Lip and I cant wait!!!

Installation pretty basic???
and will I need a rack to get it on right?

the jack the my car came with freeeekin broke when i was trying to change out my fog light bulbs...will a standard jack do the job just as well???

After this comes the lowering springs and my blacked out CL-style grill is on its way

MY CAR IS FINALLY COMING TOGETHER!!!

what springs are you getting? do you have to have a camber correction after installing a spring or does that only apply to a spring and shocks combination? good luck on the installation!

Well after looking into it...if i just do springs to start me off...i'm sure i'd need a camber kit....i need to just need to go for it and get the full coil-over set-up and do it right the first time around

ANYONE HAVE ANY PREFERENCES ON SUSP. FOR ME??? open for suggestion...
-thats my next step and will work fine with the stock wheels my ride came with.

LIP JUST ARRIVED AND GRILLE TOMORROW!!!! yeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! Merry Christmas to meeeee....well...and everyone else out there

Go with the Tein Basic Coilovers. They're cheap ($800ish), and they ride great.

Take it to a local shop if you don't have the tools. I got mine done for $50 since I wanted it done right.

Just called and I'm takin' the beast down to my muffler shop. They said the lift is all mine and they'll gimme a hand. The guys down there know someone who deals with ECU chips and programing...so I'm just gonna HAVE to check that out when I get down there too I guess

Will have photos up tomorrow! Cant wait for the new look

I somehow never went back to this thread to post my after installation photos or comments...well here they are...thanks to a little reminder from Zoomie -

The over-all install was pretty gnarly...

The fittement did not seem right and if you were to pop it up on some jack stands and just go under there with some hand tools...you would have thrown in the towel within 30 minutes. At first it didnt even seem like it was for my car.

After some serious stretching...making about 2 of my own holes...and drill in some akward and tight places...it fit great but was a HUGE hassel.

The outcome was amazing and I dont regret a second of it (luckily the guys at my muffler place liked me enough to give me their lifts and some extra hands and power tools) and I love it! Check it out for yourself and let me know what you think. But this is one mod I just cant get over looking at

Anyone know if the tein basic can fit on the C32, or is it the same as the regular C class?
