Anyone knows if Tirerack will stop carrying Carlsson products soon?
I think 1/5 (19"!!) looks better on a sedan and 1/6 looks better on a C-coupe.

clarification again
I have a 2002 c-240 sedan in black. Do you think i should lower the car as well because the car might look too high. or should I even buy a kit for the car. I am really hoping to make some quick decisions so I can make the changes for before christmas.

go for the carlsson kit to match the rims, and lower it wit h&r.
1/6 evo will look good too. i was thinking about the original 1/6 that has a flat surface which is butt ugly.
i don't think milli migilia and carlsson are the same company. not sure.

Most of the one-piece rims will not have deep dish.

I am locate both in san francisco, and los angeles. Okay, Harris you seem to know the prices. Can you give me a full slate of each rim with a price that I should bargain for. I am think of going to sprewell racing since I live so close, or should I do the whole internet thing. Discount Tire has a credit card and a 1 year no charge payment plan so I may even go with them. My friend got his amg monoblocks from them. Now as for tires, I am still on a budget what do you guys think I should get, the kumho's look fine. But I really have no idea, I don't really race around in my car, but would like good drivability in dry and wet both.

As I've mentioned earlier, Tirerack is having a blowout sale, use their price as a guideline. Since they are the exclusive Carlsson dealer in the US, everyone is getting their stocks from them. Its unlikely that you will bump into a store that sells cheaper than them (umless they get the wheels directly from Germany through some "other" channels). Most people have pleasant experience with Tirerack.
As far as tires are concern, I am always a big fan of Toyo T1-S. I have no experience nor do I know anyone who has Kumhos, so I cant comment on it. T1-S are VERY good, performance-wise and price-wise. S-03 are supposedly very good also.

you can try Wheel Supply at the 60 freeway
they are located at Fairway Drive near Rowland Height area
my cousin just bought a set of Carlsson 2/5 with tires and i can say that their price is a bit cheaper than Tire Rack
you don't have to pay shipping and just get your rims right away
you could browse around their website at

Someone please post a pic of a c sedan with these rims. but the catch I want to see the car at its regualr height. No lowering, and no body kit. I just want to see these rims look in a 18 or 19 fit without the car being lowered or having a body kit. Don't post a tirerack pic, they just aren't the same.
