In May I return to the states after leaving my C230 sitting in a garage for 7 months. Is there any steps to take before I drive on an extended drive, it is an 07?

Gasoline gets oxidized from the oxygenate additives used in modern fuel. What it does is coats the injectors and fuel lines with a varnish. Hopefully you knew you were leaving for a long time and added a fuel stabilizer like Sta-Bil. If not, after a few tankfuls using some injector cleaner it should go back to normal. I know my motorcycle gets like that if I don't drive it for 2 months or so.
Modern low profile tires do develop flat spots, can be annoying. I heard people put hight pressure, like 60 lbs for a day or so to round out the tires, otherwise they may thump for a while.
The battery charge may be low. Would be a good idea to put a charger on it for overnight or if it starts, drive it for at least an hour to let it charge.
