im not happy right now, there is no way all of these errors could go off all at once, i mean the spedo doesn't even work, im wondering if the MTEC kit is messing with the computer.
Check to see if the battery terminals are loose.
Unplug the battery for 30min or so. Drive the car and see if the messages come back. If they do, unplug the battery for 30min and remove the Mtec kit. Drive around.

your car is a 07 C230 should have warrenty right??
your dealer would only void your lighting warranty and the rest should be fine..
if you have an accident because of this message you could sue MB

A lawsuit against MB would be very exhaustive. A while back my old company's executive whose sl600 airbag went off for no reason while he was driving and caused an accident! Anyways MB went to great lengths to pigeonhole him even flying in doctors and engineers from out of state to destroy this guys credibility. They may cut corners when it comes to manufacturing cars, but not when they are getting sued
I have heard to never place hid components near abs control units etc... as initially it takes a huge amt of energy to ignite the bulbs. So sometimes spark can jump to near by circuits and mess it up. I felt the voltage first hand with my acura with HID. I spliced the wires so there are no insulators between connectors and my hands got too close and I got a short but painful electrical shock.
On our benz I got the $80 hid kit off of ebay with capacitors and it's been great. Perhaps hid components are too close to abs units in your case. If I were you I'll pretend you don't know what happend, remove hid kit, and take it to dealer for repairs

It may have been your mounting position. I have had the kit since January, and no issues. Popped a ballast once, sent it to them, they sent me a whole new left assembly. But then again, the chip within the kit that make its "error proof" may have criss-crossed some of your signals.
Hope all works now.

I just replaced my Xenons yesterday, and the same thing happened to me. I've had them attached in the same place as yours for a couple of years now and never had a problem before. When I start the car I get the same messages, the mirrors go up and down and I can't shift out of park. It all goes away, when I restart the car. The ballasts are what used to be HALO, and I replaced the bulbs with some cheap EBAY bulbs. Could have it been that they were installed without disconnecting the battery first? I thought all the bulbs are the same, just the ballasts are made differently?
Really? Where to? Post a pic if you can! I'll be taking the car in to the dealer next week for some stuff and I didn't want the HID's to be flippin out on them. Did you disconnect the battery too?
