Talking HELP?! HID Conversion

Okay....so I've decided to do an HID conversion on my car for now...give a shot for a few months and see how it works...

...but I have ONE IMPORTANT question...

AM I GOING TO NEED NEW HOUSING OR LIGHT SYSTEMS???
or is it just PLUG n PLAY with the new bulbs, ballasts, hardware, ect...?

Haha this is a new one for me and I hope it's not too difficult but I think it will make a significant difference for the time being...I've thrown in new bulbs - Sylvania 6000k but it is not too much different from the oem ones..

Hopefully I'll get the results I'm lookin for

thanks for yer time and help in advance..

you don't necessarily need to have new projectors (since you already have clear headlights, most people who have the frosties tend to switch it out) all you really need is just the hid kit, which should come with H7 bulbs, ballast and igniter. you should look to MTEC kits as they don't trip the sensor, or you can go get some TechOne HID kits, they have a special wire that won't trip the sensor also. but if all comes and fails, go to the dealer and get your Xenon setting activated to PRESENT.

SAVE ON INITIAL COST:
...by buying just the kit for $150 or so. Kits are getting much cheaper these days. Don't pay anything over $250.

SAVE ON ONGOING COSTS:
...by buying the projection headlights but using the bulbs you already have. Surprisingly, projector lights look decent with the bulbs you have. In the future though, you'll be tempted to get HID's and may end up spendings the most money. If you don't, you'll save lots on bulbs b/c those bulbs at the cheapest are $80 a pair. Sometimes $100 each depending on where you get it. Side note, I was always disappointed by Silverstars. For the $50 price tag I was looking for more. Wasn't much better than my $10 bulbs.

you can get techone hid kits, they are also plug and play. they have a special bypass wire that tricks the computer to thinking it has a 55w current running.
