Need a Dyno in SoCal

Anyone have any recommendations on a place to get some dyno time in?

I need a place that will let me change out the cams on my Fiat to do some comparisons.

Thanks,

E

Can anyone think of one that is out by the 10 or the 60? Say East LA or further out East?

I would like to dyno my Jeep Wrangler, doing some mods that have skeptics (what else is new). I think Vadim's shop in HB that hosted Evosport for a while, actually Sho Shop has been sold a long time ago. Vadim actually works at MB of Laguna Niguel (ask him for the MBWorld discount).

Thanks for the input guys.

I'm going to start calling to schedule time. I'm trying to dyno stock, then with a cam, then try to dial in my adjustable cam wheel. If time permits I'll do different air intake setups. Funny thing is if I get say 5 -7 hp I'll be so stoked. 1.5L engines designed in the freaking 60s just don't have power.

E, did you find a shop you feel comfortable using?

I’d like to do some before & after runs with the header installation.
Please let me know...TIA.

I suck. I didn't do a before, but definetly will do an after dyno. I did get the cam and sprocket in. It took A LOT longer than I expected. Mostly because, while in the warehouse, it seemed like the phone was ringing every time I was settled in and working. Darn customers!

I have used Josh at HOP in Huntington Beach (House of Power), but at $135 with A/F monitoring, I think it is a bit pricey.

Not at all.

Important thing is that your cam is in. Ferreri'esque, eh? Sweet!

It’s been way too long since I’ve caught up with your blog. Excellent stuff. Must reading for any gear head. Especially enjoyed the runs in that 219 MPH Ferrari.
