The Sports package suspension is the same as the stock suspension.

The C-coupe has the upgraded suspension - sport package as standard. The sedan does not come stock with sport suspension unless ordered as option ('02 and earlier models only). AMG suspension somewhat more upgraded from sport package.

While the coupe may have a slightly different suspension than the sedan, neither model has a sport suspension. The MB web page claims a thicker front sway bar on the coupe, but measurements by members of this forum seem to indicate that is not true. The only difference might be recalibrated shocks.
