Removing crank pulley on '06 C230

I have the air intake tubes removed as well as the underbody pan and fan. Naturally I can't use a ratchet to get the crank pulley bolt loose. My air impact just barely fits in there with no socket on the end. If I put a socket on there- the back of the impact will hit the radiator. How in the world do you get it off? Surely the radiator doesn't have to come out?

I need to get the pulley off because I am taking it to a shop that has made pullies for me in the past. No one makes a UD crank pulley for this car- so I am going to have my own made.
