I do not know what is available in your area, but here in New México we have a company that repairs alloy wheels. They charge about $100 per wheel for curb rash. This is expensive, until you compare it to wheel replacement cost. I have seen some of their work, and it is really nice. They refinish and repaint your rims; looks like factory new.
Again, you would have to look (yellow pages?) for shops in your area, but there is a huge demand for this service, so you should have some choices. Ask your MB dealer who they recommend.
