Ah, I use photomatix too... Just gotta play w/ the settings more I suppose, but your HDR pix look pretty dang good if ya ask me.
As for custom white balance, I have played w/ the XSi and its plenty easy to do.
Take a pick of something that is white in your current lighting - making sure the whole image is white according to your lighting.
Hit the menu button + find the custom white balance and select the pic of your white image.
Select custom white balance + shoot away!

I am using a tripod for the night/hdr shots. I would have HDR pics of the w203, but I keep on forgetting to take the damn tripod out of the M3!
They were busy fondling my tripod

That kind of weight transfer and its resultant suspension angularity is typical for most cars in that corner:
Not all cars though

What parking structure did you take the pics at? Decided to drive there, instead of fly (was gonna fly Southwest, but prices doubled since last week).

The night pics were at the Bally's/Paris parking structure. The daytime shots were at the Flamingo parking structure. I decided to pick low traffic places for easier shooting...
