hmmm i guess i was wrong. i remember long time ago asking someone how to do this as well but they told me it was in the manual and that it was an easy "mod" however i never bothered to look. sorry for my noob responses.

i tried asking someone (forgot his name) to help me do it at walter's mb, but he said that my rear sam didn't have that feature. gay!

Yeah I thought you had to get it programmed to Netherland setting. If it says how in the manual that would be AWESOME!

Been discussed to death. Search for the netherland setting... I dont think this can be done without programming.

I don't use it anyways. Mainly because it looks like someone chewed it and doesn't work half the time. Anyways, thanks for the info. I guess I'll see if the dealership or some local shop can do this for me.

good question! not quite sure- but maybe that would be the same instance as where the rear SAM unit needed to be replaced? i dont know if that unit has anything to do with the alarm though
