It must be, cuz it doesn't have the AMG body styling. What other stuff would it have or not have if it's the sport model? I have learned SO much in the last month about the C Class that my head is spinning 
I originally was going to get a used 07 C230 and found out that every car had different options, some with power seats, some didn't, some had a sunroof, some didn't, etc....THEN I was exposed to the C320 model, and again a whole new world open for me, except this model seemed to have more consistent options offered. At any rate, I am SO happy with it although I can think of a few mods that I'd like to do....
I still have many questions to ask - I'm searching like a crazy person on the forum everyday!

yup, the C320 has way more standard feature than the C230/240, but of course you have to pay more.
