Do you mean "02 c230 stock tape deck"?
Anyway, the W203 C-Class factory radios are not removed via special "keys." The radio is bolted in (with four bolts). To get to these bolts, you must disassemble the console (remove the air vents and the cover surrounding the radio). This procedure is documented, on a web page that I created.
