Price When Getting Windows Tinted

Question: I was watching Unique Motorsports on TV the other night and noticed them tinting the inside and OUTSIDE of a car...what's up with that? Has anyone heard of that or done that?
IMO, you get what you pay for. I wanted high quality film that will repel harmful UV rays and keep my car as cool as possible during the 100+ degree summer heat here in Central CA, so I paid $424 for Formula One ceramic tint with moleskin applied in the doors so it wouldn't scratch. I went the cheap route last time and will never make that mistake again.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
Definatly get what you paid for...

Dumasses can blow the antenna in the hatch, which costs like
10 billion US to fix, if they get water in it.
They put the soft side of the velcro in the doors, lifetime warranty tint,
partial metallic, so the locks work good...
all in all I've been happy with the work, they knew MBZ, and no return trips for problems, which is priceless.
Yeh, I coulda hired a Dumass for less, and got what I paid for.

You are correct sir. I used to tint, and you need to heat shrink and cut the tint to fit on the outside, as it is a hell of a lot easier to do before you get the adheasive wet. It probably does look like your tinting the outside, but that actually is not the case.

He was saying that this guy uses laser's to cut the tint, idk if thats even possible but it sounds precise. But now I've got water smuges all over the tint and I'm not sure if im supposed to whipe that off now or wait a few days. Can anyone give me some advice? I'll try and post some pics after I clean my car, it looks like its been chilling next to a dumpster for a while.

Where I live it only costs about $75.
