I know there are some places like discount tire center, where they will give you credit or a 3 to 12 month deferment on payment. Does anybody know any other places that does this. But that also carries carlsson rims. I need to get these rims by christmas.

Lamscott,
I have discovered that there are many factors to consider and weigh when making a decision regarding wheels and tires. Not knowing what all the factors are and how they interelate could result in a poor decision which would often times translate into considerable unnecessary and unexpected expense. I suggest that you allow yourself the opportunity to acquire sufficient knowledge so as to make a decision wherein you understand its implications before such time that you make any purchases.
I think it is more important to consider the tire first. This decision has more of an impact on safety, comfort, performance and cost (in terms of tread life and the number of tires purchased over time). Once you know what size (diameter, width and aspect ratio) and type of tire you believe will meet your self determined requirements for safety, comfort, performance and cost then you will know what you need in a wheel to match the tire.
This is just one example of a point from which to begin a decision making process. There are many steps that follow before a conslusion would be drawn. However, you might find that the conclusion leads you to choose a wheel diameter other than 19" because you have given proper weighting to factors other than just appearance.
This is presented simply as food for thought and comes from a practical kinda' guy in whose world Form Follows Function.
