Ancient rule of mechanics.
When new problem occur, ask
"what was the last thing that was done?"
Then go back to that, and nothing else.
I'd check their work, make sure they didn't nick a harness,
not tighten a hose etc.
Use the DIY on here as your guide as to where to look for mistakes or new problems created in the process of fixing old ones.
Sounds like they screwed up.
Maybe disconnect the "$12 hose" at the easier location, see what errors that throws. Or, loosen the clamp, to simulate a leak, and see what codes come up. Actually, what IS the function of that hose anyway?

After a month since I brought the car into the dealership for a leak that they found that caused the CEL to come on. Today, while getting gas and drove for 5 mins, the CEL came on. Car runs fine.
