weird noises.. help

ok.. so whenever i go over ANYTHING other than smooth pavement, i hear this weird rattle coming from the rear passenger side... now ive noticed that when i have it in reverse and come to a stop, theres a click/clunk sound coming from that side..... any clue before i spend stupid money at the dealership getting it looked at ?

iono about that rattle noise over the bumps but the go and stop clunk might be a catalytic converter about to go bad?

when my left catalytic converter was about to go bad it started to clunk. then later it started to rattle. iono but check it.
