seats modules MB said 50%

I send my c240 2002 for the infamus battery depletion overnite, the culptits where the seats modules pass and driver modules and paid 1500 for the 2 modules.
Now I find out that the covenience exit on the seats dont work as before , the dealer claims that the seats will go as to 50% of the total travel distance so if the seats are les than 50% of the total distance the convenience exit entrance this feature dont work,
They were working far less with the old modules, the seats where moving back more than 50% when you take the ignition key out or when you open the door for entrance.
Call MB and the simpatize with the dealer.
I try to move the seats all the way from back and foward tring to reset the limits no diference,I only can see that the forward most distance they go is 1 inch from the plastic console and no human has legs of ! inch.
The original modules where A 203 820 15 26
the new modules are A 211 870 47 26
MB dealer claims is no way to program the 50% distance but for me the 2 modules old and new have diferent software.
Thanks

c240 module seat

No ideas?
If I use a pice of wood and set the foward setting no so close to the dashboard ,so my 50% of travel will be more back, doing so can I have the risk of burning the motor or the board?

white and whiter
sorry, but really have no clue this time. I just had my driver seat module replaced under extended warranty. I never use the convenience exit feature other than the steering wheel. maybe i'll give it a try.
