Doesn't MBH make headers for the coupe now?

I felt really no increase with the headers (I have Supersprint's version).

IMHO, it's not worth the money to do, unless you're doing work on the sc or converting to turbo.

Dos you find any gains with the chip, would you recommend? Heard a lot of bad things associated with it. Everything still running strong?

Yes, I found the chip to be very helpful. Really gets the boost up, and have had no adverse effects.

So I would say:
pulley
possibly cat
chip

in that order.

Other stuff - intake (flat panel - haven't tried out a cold air or any other substantial change), exhaust, headers - did not really improve things with the ever-correct butt dyno. Now, there may have been marginal gains or losses, but I never did any true before/after dynos. So you'll have to take my butt's word for it.

I'm curious to know what the 6 speed runs stock on a dyno. Has anyone ever done one? I read somewhere online it was 176rwhp and 189wtq, not sure how accurate that is
