Manual quotes in mm, 1875mm to be exact, which comes out to 73.8.
Looks like I'm currently using 74, but some of the online parts configurator sites come up with 73.5?

Which is best?

Based on a circle you've got 2 different diameters: 23.4" and 23.55". Ask yourself if you have enough adjustment for 0.15" with the std of 1875mm = diameter of 23.5". HTH

Good point.
I've been running the 74 with no problems.
6 of 1, 1/2 dozen of of the other...
less than .1" in either direction, as a function of diameter.

Maybe the question should be, does anyone have a particular preference?

Does your oversized ASP crank pulley have an appropriately offsetting idler pulley? Ideally, you probably want to keep the tensioner toward the tighter end of its working range to help minimize the supercharger pulley’s slippage.

My ODPS setup is a somewhat different than yours in that it includes a different idler and larger accessory pulleys so that they’re not spun faster than originally designed. They also permit the stock length belt to be used successfully.

Translation: Take my feedback with a grain of salt.

There is considerable debate among the C32 guys regarding the ‘best’ belt. At ~17+ PSI, they all tend to slip to varying degrees. It is minimizing that slippage that can potentially maximize performance. As is often the case, nothing has yet been definitively settled. Vadim at VRP prefers the continuous-rib ContiTech style instead of a notched gatorback type, so that’s what I’m using.

I spent a considerable amount of time trying to source
ContiTech belts here in the US at one point....
uh....pointless...they're not sold here for the most part.
Most of the belt mfg. are making belts ala
the gatorbacks, even Dayton.
They claim better uh, traction(?) less slippage?
But my SA, told me they were more inclined to slippage.
Then there's a few folks who had them catastrophically
break, ala E.
So far so good for me, but I'm on my 2nd set of belts all around, and likely
a good time to just replace them, while I'm at it.

The accessories belt I speak of is not the one spinning the
SC, thats a 56" 6 rib.

I know the 74" fit fine, so I guess I'll just go with that.

As far as the discussions on the AMG forums, yeh, I did a little research
and people who were pushing the limits of boost on other cars went to 8 rib belts and what not. But not cheap to do.
