Thanks Roland. I'm on TEIN Superstreets and Eibach front/rear sways.
Just realized it has been a LONG time since I last updated this thread. Decided not to part out anymore, still have some new and exciting things coming up!
Quick pic of my *** during one of the last shows of the season. Took Best of Show Merc.
Shot of how I ended last season before I sold the F14's. Wheels are going to a local member with a silver C55. Don't think he is on here but it should look wicked on his car with the silver T/A if he decides to rock it.
Rolled around with some DPE's for a bit but it wasn't really my style. I think I prefer the monoblock look better. The wheels are alreaady sold but here is the only shot I have of them while they were still in my hands...

Decided it was time for a face lift this year. Took off all the stickers including the puzzle pieces I had on the hood.
I had them on there for a reason... after the last paint job, the front end got beat up really fast from all the rocks and crap we have on our roads during winter. The car is going in for a new paint job in May, but for now this is what I am left with...
Re-did the lower portion of the Brabus diffuser in black.
So this is how she sits for now. Will keep you all updated on the paint and new plans for the car starting in May.

looking good!
its about time you posted some more pics...
if you're not parting out and have new things to come... my guess is wheels? or a completely different color paintjob

Car looks good. I have to say, I like the rear fender painted black - it looks more like 'how Mercedes would have done it' - so I guess that depends on your point of view. I think it looks more 'standard', which I think is good, goes better with the look of the car.
My only change would be the front grill. I'm not a fan of the black and no MB logo. Needs at least silver and/or an MB logo...
Love the F14's - they look(ed) great, especially at the rear...

Haven't decided if I want to change the color or just stick with silver. I think it would really bother me if I changed the color without pulling the motor and painting the bay at the same time... but that already sounds like too much work for a lazy guy like me. hahaha
New rims this year for sure. Kind of regret selling the Forgestars but oh well.
The black on the diffuser is actually just gloss black vinyl, not paint. If I ever want to go back to silver then it will take 2 minutes.
I'm surprised you don't like the grill C230Brit. Probably the best thing I've done is get rid of the star!
However, it seems we all like to go after what we don't have... so it makes sense. Another excuse to mod or do something at least.

Been replacing a lot of small stuff with the car but I haven't really documented any of that stuff as I feel it just falls under maintenance. Experienced the leaky cam sensors recently and it was a good thing I had the insulating wires installed already so nothing got into the main harness. Nothing a little cleaner and two new cam sensors can't fix.
Lots of small parts coming in almost weekly so here is a small update for now. Still waiting for the big items...
Rear discs from Power Slot. Will have to pick up some pads soon.
Same set up as what I have already but again, just a small maintenance item. Will also have to give the calipers a fresh coat of paint.
The steel lines are still holding up ok so those will probably stay for a longer while.
For the folks in cold climates with a lot of snow and crap, the cyro treated rotors really hold up a lot better than the regular discs. Well worth the extra bucks!
Small accessory to go with the red accents on the car... coming up very soon.
Doing a bit of a weird setup with the footwork this season. This can probably stir up a lot of debate but I'll see how it goes first before picking sides.
Wheel adapters to 5x114.3 from Hellaflush and Weapon R. At 25mm per piece these are pretty bulky but will compliment my new wheels very well.
If my math is correct, the fitment will be the exact same as the Work Eurolines I had back a couple seasons ago. Those were probably the best wheels I have ever had.
So that is it for now folks. Maybe I'll snap some pics of the new aero but I kind of want to keep it a surprise until it is painted and installed.
Still working out the minor details here and there... like what plate frame to rock. hahaha

Out Of Control!!
I think you should paint the exterior of the car the same snot green as the inside of those adaptors.
That does seem like a bit too much work to do when you could just get the correct bolt pattern, but I'm sure you have a good reason that will be explained in time. Looking forward to the shots of the final product.

Thanks Gordon.
The snot green idea is not too shabby Tommy. Might end up with something like Smurf vs Hulk.
More small stuff arrived today. The wheel bolts that were included with the adapters were too big and too long. I found a perfect set in 10.9 with a stubby head and just the correct shank length to clear the parking brake assembly in the rear. Front is not a big deal...
Comparison between the included bolts and the new stubby bolts...

Thanks guys. Ya the hood is a goner.
Time is ticking and only 2 more weeks before the car heads to the body shop. After further inspection, I may just have the whole thing repainted and 3M after to save me from anymore headaches.
I hope all the new aero pieces will arrive on time though. Starting to get worried
Anyways, wheels arrived and I never had a chance to update... so here it is now!
VR.G2 flat face for the front.
VR.G2 concave face for the rear.
And also picked up some new nuts...
That's all for now boys.
