not much but got the Kleeman K23 alloy pulley kit...oh yeah and 15mm spacers in
After owning my car for about two and half month i decided to get a Kleemann alloy pulley kit (crank and accessory pullies). The kit is very nice quality and comes with instructions (although a bit misled). When I took it to the shop for install they originally quoted $150 but after seeing that the auto tranny require getting an impact air tool (so you have to remove the radiator fan). Well you cant just remove the fan easily, you gotta move all the brackets around it and a few things (glad didnt have to take the radiator off). Anyhow, it ended up taking them about 4 hours for the install and final cost was $200 (I dont consider that bad but I KNOW i'll get flames from many do-it-yourselfers
so go ahead). Anyway, I dont really have a place to do a full run so will try it tomorrow (i'm told ECU takes a while to learn the new boost anyhow). I also decided to wait until next weekend to get the dyno (with A/F ratio) to make sure I get full potential of the pulley kit. Also, finally got my 15mm H&R spacers installed. They look nice but now I wish I had gotten 20mm as they are still a tiny bit tucked in (the rims are 17x8 in case anyone wants reference). I think if I had 20mm spacers the front and rears will have about the same look.

If the air/fuel ratio is measured with a probe stuck into the exhaust pipe, it is worthless except for passing an emissions inspection. The correct A/F ratio can only be measured before the catalytic converter.
but that's the way Kleemann does it so I guess they'll warranty it that way.
BTW, I've helped Linh on his car and he's taken off the radiator fan several times and it takes him about 10 minutes, just a few clips and it's off.
I was wondering if you could give me some more info about removing the radiator fan (or give me the link to a post). My ASP pulley is arriving soon and I'm planning on doing it myself. (Auto)

Excellent tberry, thanks for the info.... I've been searching for perfect spacers for 17x8 to make the wheel sit flush... seems like everyone has 18's...

*Although again if you're getting 17x8s be sure to go for 20mm spacers as 15mm still seem tucked in.
So did you get the dyno done yet? What does the 'butt-dyno' say about the pulley?
Thanks!
(as for the quality of Kleemann pulley its very nice and everything work great together. Their customer service is/was great and I'd definitely do business with Evosport again. If you can't wait for a new ASP pulley 6 weeks its great)
When i push it a bit hard in the higher PRM you can hear the suprchgr whine even inside the car with all windows closed and it sounds mean....
Hey Tberry,
I was wondering if you ever got your ECU setting changed to stage 2 or not? Or are you planning on just running stage 1 with the new upgrade?
regards,
matt
u should go change fuel setting to stage 2 but while u eliminate lean condition you lose about 10hp as well in the process.
