help/suggestions for these mods please
so here is the deal.
car is a 01 c320, so far it has a flat hood badge and black grille(hopefully to be changed to a gloss black grille with star logo in the middle) and has these 17s on it that worked fine for a while, but now somehow all 4 are bent
so this is the plan:
new wheels (18s or 19s)
lowered
front bumper upgrade of some sort
trunk spoiler
exhaust
so here is where we would like your help:
we don't want cheap wheels, something in the $300/wheel target (new or if someone has a nice set that they are selling here on the board, or knows someone that has a nice set), and PREFERABLY black, lip or not.
just looking to lower the 4x4 ride height, not make a track car out of it, so just springs...which one do you guys/gals suggest?
as for the front bumper, anyone know of place that sells either AMG bumper, or maybe a add-on lip for the existing one, just something to change the boring look of the front.
as for the exhaust, we feel that the back of the car would need to be 'spiced up' a little as well, along with the spoiler, but the stock turndown stock tips(or whatever those are haha) need to be addressed. nothing loud or ricey, so if there is something along those lines, please post it up.
also, if anyone has a car, or knows of a car w similar mods, or something to get ideas from, please post that as well.
realllly appreciate it, and sorry for long post, but just wanted to get everything included.
and here is a picture of the car after a 12hr detail

the car looks good for an '01--I've seen other '01's that look like garbage. 12 hour detail... nice.
what's up with all the talking in a plural voice though?
search the forum, there's an entire thread on suspension and someone already made a new post about springs.
take a look in the official C-Class thread for more pics of cars.
and $300 a wheel for new wheels? that is cheap.

$300/wheel isn't hard if you mean just the wheel and not tires included. I say go for 19's unless you live in an area with particularly bad roads.
You can look for 2005+ sport springs, will give you a decent drop. If you want to go all the way there are several companies that make coilovers or lowering springs.
I'd say get the AMG bumper, but you should also follow that up with the AMG side skirts and the AMG rear bumper. Might start costing a lot. If you're going to do that, you might as well get a C32 exhaust put in.

If you're doing the suspension first, go for the 19's, but don't 'just' do springs, do the shocks as well.

isn't that what's her name's car on benzworld?
anyway, to topic...
if you manage to bent 17" rims. I would stick with 18" if you really want to do an upgrade.
upgrading the rims doesn't have anything to do with shocks. when the shocks gets to certain age they die. they die faster if you drive over parking lot bumps like they're not even there.
since it is an 01, you might want to consider replacing both the springs and shocks if you want to lower the car. even tho it is the sport package shock/springs given the age, the shocks won't do much good with the lower springs.
front bumper, if you are looking for the add-on there are the Lorinser, Carlsson, Wald, and Rieger. Lorinser and Carlsson will be harder to find.
if you are looking for a full bumper like AMG fronts, find one used with foglights and supports, so you don't have to spent that much.
trunk spoiler just check out formymercedes dot com.
as far as exhaust goes...there are tons of options. AMG, Brabus, Lorinser, and Carlsson exhaust are not as loud as Supersprint, Remus, Sebring, etc. even tho they're all made by the last 3. Eisenmann will be the loudest you can find for w203.

if say $300 per wheel w/o tires, so $1200 for a set? pretty tough. maybe a set of MRR GT-1 in 18s?
I'd suggest doing a c/o setup instead of just springs, as from the suspension thread had stated, lowering the car with stock shocks tend to shorten the life of the shocks itself.
exhaust wise, the prices have pretty much gone sky rocket. ie. My remus used to cost about $500 or so, now it cost way over 700! I've seen some welded exhaust tips, and they did look pretty good!
spoilers, some ebay venders offer spoilers that do fit pretty good. since your car is black, you can save yourself paint by buying CF!

MRR GT1 wheels, AMG bumpers, Tein Basic coilover, and some aftermarket exhaust or maybe mine.
I've a couple sound clips in my thread.

No offense to tirerack, but there are vendors out there that offer a little lower in pricing.
but...if you are a loyal customer to tirerack, they WOULD give you a discount. (ahem.... I had a major discount from them)
