Lambo doors on C230 Coupe ?

What gets me about those Lambo kits is that you still have to open the door like a regular door and then lift it up. Its looks like a two stage process! I think it would be less embarassing if it at least opened like a real scissor door.

Lambo door will look good with most of the 2-door cars. With a big door size like Coupe, it will look good as well. I've consider doing it if i have the cash later on. However, weather it looks good or not is really depends on how the car is modded. It will look stupid if the car look STOCK.

I doubt the door will even line up correctly with one of these kits installed. It will look and feel like the car was totaled out in a crash and then repaired for bargain basement cost and re-titled for the road.
And!
From what I can tell by the video, there is no mechanism to isolate the "in and out" from the "up and down" movements. It seems entirely possible that the door could be slamming into the latch in unintended directions.
The entire concept of replacing a quality door hinge with something like this is completely disgusting.
