Service Paperwork
I recently had my first warranty repair. However I was not given a copy of the work order or any paperwork detailing what was done to my vehicle. Should I find this unusual ? With my previous vehicles (domestic) I was always given a carbon copy of what was done, both for warranty and out of warranty work.
When I asked for paperwork the service guy said it was not necessary. What has your MB experience been with your dealer ?

Insist on a copy...
Call them up and insist that they send you a copy of the work order as it was submitted to MBUSA. You just never know when this documentation will be vital - probably never, but that's tempting fate.
