Changing bolt pattern to 114.5?
i've been pondering about the thought of changing my bolt pattern to 114.5...
just so i can get some lightweight and cheap wheels from the JDM camp.
it's hard to find volks TE/LE 37's for our 5x112 bolt pattern, and i've been looking through Audi forums and others whatnot..
so should i find a shop to do the machining? or should i get these bolts?
http://www.raderwerks.com/parts_details.cfm?type=9
are these "wobbly" bolts?
right now i'm just toying with the idea, any good feedback would be nice. thanks!

It's possible to have the hole filled in and redrilled to our spec....
certain wheel shops can do that type of stuff, but it won't come cheap.

it'll probably easier just to get a adapter rather then redrilling.
trying emailing these guys and see if they can make a 5x112 pattern

did you check the hub bore size on the volks? if there smaller then the mercedes hob bore size your out of luck anyways.
Also the audi wheels won't work on mercedes because of the hub bore size.
audi has a 57.4 and the mercedes is 66.6.

i'd rather get it used, as the te's are discontinued.. well, at least from what the shops tell me. i couldn't afford new rims anyways, lol. there's a shop in rosemead that has a new set for sale, trying to negotiate right now.
