What extended gauge tool are you using?
I'm looking to add an ODBII-connected gauge tool of some kind. I see some folks use a ScanGauge with mixed results, but nobody on a W203 platform. I have an MSD DashHawk on another car and I would prefer to use that, but from what I have found thru search, no one has tried it yet (I may be the first if I decide to tear it out of the other car).
I'm not looking for a datalogging tool. I'm interested in real-time info. Of most interest would be things like absolute engine load, throttle blade position, IAT, tranny fluid temp, oil temp and pressure. The DashHawk's feature set is perfect and I know it works on some Daimler-originated PCM/TCM software but no clue if it is workable in any way here.
