I am not sure if you are allowed to advertise in this section of the forum, if not then I am sorry....

Due to a recent upgrade I am selling my Audio 10 Cassette player (W203) on eBay...

Hate to tell you this but if you search the threads you will find that what people want is the AUDIO 10 CD. Casettes don't sell, not even an offer on ebay as a fellow member tried. For your as listed 'buy it now' price most will get a AUDIO 10 CD shipped to them after currency conversion.

it cost me nothing, i followed instructions posted on this forum! for installation.

I brought the unit from ebay in Germany, and fitted it myself... I had a problem with the car not recognising the unit, I took it to my local MB dealer who resetted the unit under warranty!

I have tried to tell the guys and gals about this problem, when you install an Audio 10 CD, the loop has to be reset or the radio will not work correctly. Once the vehicle has recognized the new radio you will not have any more problems.

It worked right out of the box in my case, no loop reset was necessary... From what I can summarize, it's a 50/50 chance - maybe it is related to the model? Mine is BE4410
