Cam sensor wires update= reduced power?

I got the updated wires done, by my mechanic;s advice, in order to prevent any oil dripping through the wires into the ECU. The magnets didnt show any leak, but anyways, he wanted to have the updated wires installed for the future.

When he installed them and I drove the car away, it felt kind of sluggish, especially in "C" mode.

Two days later, it still feels like that.

Is there any way the updated wires are causing this?

If they are, can I just remove them?

Part numbers installed were:

2 X 2711502733
DELPHI SLOVAKIA WERK
SENCIA DZ2SK
ZD 07.07.03
FD 23.04.08

Reset the throttle-thingy-ma-blobber and try driving in "S" mode for a while after that.

If they had to disconnect your ecu it will need about 150 miles or so to relearn your car. You can actually feel when the ecu has learned your car.
