Shift knob for manual transmission?

Shift knob for manual transmission?
Hey guys!
I want to change out my "Avantgarde" shift knob on my 2006 S203, I searched around the "typical" websites (Brabus, Carlsson, Lorinser etc.), but only Brabus has a shift knob for the W/S203, but I don't really like that one...
Now maybe you know some nice knobs for my car? I got the 6-speed manual transmission on my C280 (203.254), but I think the shift knobs are all the same on the manual transmissions?!?!

Any non-screwing non-MB knob will work, will feel better in your hand, and look better, imho.
It just requires a little creativity on your end with what you want to do about its relationship to the boot, or change the boot as well.
