first off let me say hi to everyone. hi.

ok, now i bought a set of wheels for my 2005 c230k. they are 18x8.5 with a 35mm offset. but they wont fit. the spoke rubs the brake caliper. so im thinking i will need spacers. but would like to avoid it if i can. any info would be VERY appreciated......

first info would be if its a 2005, its a w203, not w204!

 

i have another issue i want some input. I have a white 06c230 and i prefer black rims with polish lip but i found myself a decent deal on some glossy black all around. I wonder if they look decent on my ride. Does anyone has black rims on their ride?

 

 

Sorry Guys, I am out. With a 19x9.5 Rear ET35, I will not have the BBK clearance that I need.
Even with my 19x9.5 HREs ET31, I have about 3-5mm clearance. And ET31 will rub.

I want these really bad, debating weather i should get the hyper black finish or the hyper silver. I'm only 16 and my job isn't the greatest. Its going to take me a couple weeks to save up for these on top of my bills that i have to pay. What will look the best on my car any suggestions??

ET28 Front is very agressive and will be very close to the fender or even stick out a little bit. if you lowered it too much your fender will be pulled out. No point of having a coilover clearance if your fender gonna be messed up.

Try ET32, with an 8" width wheels. Tell them to reduce 0.5" from the back barrell of the wheels". This way you have a win2 situation - Clear the coilover (all the way down), BBK and not worry about messing your fender.

I got a couple questions that i need some help in.

I'm about to purchase a set of brabus mono VI replicas with tires that were on a clk w209 i believe. The tires are 235/35 ZR 19 front and 265/30 ZR 19 rear which i believe will fit even though the dealer said my 06 c will required smaller tires; but i have seen couple of people on this board with these set up.

However, since the wheels came from the clk, would the front offset won't clear my 06 brakes?

Another question, I lowered my car using tein basic and would 19s cause rubbing?

 

We'd have to know the offsets to determine if the wheels would fit. Those tire sizes seem correct.

 

i beleived he said the offset is 38 which i don't think will fit but i'm not sure
