W203/CL203 Aftermarket Wheel Thread - All you want to know
is there a group buy going on for the monoblocks in 19 offset? I cant seem to find it.
1. Only one of the sets you've linked to is priced less then the group buy.
2. With shipping that very same set is actually MORE then the group buy price.
3. All the sets you've linked to are 18's, not 19's as with the group buy.
4. Your closest match is the $1499 set, and with shipping that's approx $800 MORE then the group buy.
5. NONE of your sets offer options for black centers, painted or powder coated.
6. Getting the centers painted will run you at least $200 for the set, probably more depending on your connections.
I'd like to give you credit for the effort, but that would be a stretch. Whatever you're trying to prove, you missed the mark... BADLY.

before i say yes to this deal, i would like to have some answers to the following questions (preferred by people that already have experience with 19"s)
- will i need spacers
- would it rub in the back when i have two people in the back and some luggage, because of 9.5 in the back
- what kinda tires would go on there? 2xx/35 and 30 in the back? what are you going to use?
thanks in advance

2. depending on your tire choice some might rub some might not.
3. 235/35/19 265/30/19 is what I recommand. Some people will use 255/30/19 to avoid rubbing in the rear, but it wouldn't have the protection for the lip the 265 would give.

and what additional cost would i have to expect after getting the wheels and tires?
also just to be safe, those center caps are silver, not black with just the silver mercedes embleme
sorry for asking so much, but this is my first internet custom wheel purchase and i dont want to do anything wrong for that amount of money.

not sure what center cap the factory would include yet. you can use the stock caps for sure. I've DIY them black for my old wheels and for a friend with those stock cap.
not a problem.

come on !! come on !! im about to go to discount tire and get some wheels
Maybe I'll decide today. The things I have to decide and other people should think about is that after getting these wheels and the proper tires as mentioned above by FrankW, you will have to lower your car or the car is going to look like Sh$T.
I have to calculate the cost of doing the lowering as well and I think the guys who have lowered their cars have no worries about this. Even though the 05 model that I have is already lowered versus the previous years, I don't think having the 19's will look good without doing the coilovers.
Sorry to be negative about it but I do love these wheels.

Shrug few posts people wanted 18's wasnt meant to attack this group buy or anything, wipe the sand out of ur vagina geeze. Of course its gonna be more expensive its not a "group buy". You people go all crazy. Friend just sent me the link so I thought might be a solution for some that wanted a silver rim instead of the group buy black or something. I dont need ur credit either scrub.

Now on to the main topic... Congrats Frank and congrats to the people that ordered! I'm gonna be jealous when you guys get your rims. They're gonna look hott!

Thanks FrankW for putting this together... you've definitely got my respect for taking the last order on your company. Nlpamg, thanks for the congrats and your support. You both are class acts.
