Quote: Also, where do we get bolts? Will the originals work with these?
your local tire shops can all get them. the original bolts will work for the front wheels, the rear most likely you will need slightly shorter bolts.

Now that this group buy is underway, just out of curiosity will there be another one for the gunmetal color? I remember there were a few people interested in that color, similar to the SL65. I know I'm interested.

Frank can you get the bolts that we need and just charge us for them. I rather have everything all set just ready to slap on. If you can let us know or me know. If you can this will be easier for me. Thanks again

You are doing a great job on this group buy frank. I know there is a lot to deal with.

Frank, if you distribute the bolts needed for these wheels I'd be up for buying them from you too... whatever works. I'd already started looking for bolts knowing the wheels did not come with hardware, but getting them through you would be convenient.

BTW - has the order been placed??? Can I officially start looking for tires!

Agreed Frank. I'll buy the bolts from you, too. Can you find us some black ones? BTW, did you say the center caps will be silver or black? If silver, I need to make plans to shoot those to match. Thanks,

Greg

I know when I purchase my wheels from Neal(blackc320coupe) he sent me everything I needed. I don't see why someone would buy wheels and not have all the hardware to put them on. My .2 cent Sorry Frank don't mean to be A_hole..

OK - before this gets out of control, I knew there was no hardware included with the goup buy pricing before I put my name on the list. When FrankW said in post #197 that center caps were included, I took that as added-value... saved me a step, even though I probably won't use them as I'm currently prepping another set of caps for paint to match the wheels.

I encourage you all to look at the big picture. Yes, hardware is included with most wheels. Can you get those same wheels and hardware, along with custom features of the group buy wheels, shipped to your doorstep for $799??? I can get TSW Bremmas for about the same price not including shipping... without black centers. The total cost for what I want only goes higher from there. I'm very happy with the deal FrankW put together.

I never said I wanted Free hardware. So if Frank needs to charge me EXTRA I don't mind. As long as I don't have to go hunting down a tire shop to find the right bolts!! NO one is disregarding the GREAT Deal Frank is giving us. So Frank if you need to charge me Extra for the bolts NO PROBLEM!! Just don't rape me on it!!!

I'll contact the factory and try to have them throw in the bolts necessary for free.

but you'll be able to use the stock bolts for the front for sure.

For RareAMG, the TSW Bremma bolts will go right onto the new wheel.

Do NOT buy those wheels cos MB bolt pattern is 5x112 while the one that you mention is 5x114.3.

Hope that helps
