2001 C240

Front:
245/35/19 ADR Sterling 19"x8.5"

Rear:
265/30/19 ADR Sterling 19"x9.5"

Had to shave the lugs to get it to fit without engaging the rear emergency brake.. I can't use my emergency brake either or it will make a "clicking" noise with each revolution of the rear wheel. After a while it goes away, but probably not the healthy way.

Finally got wheels... pics!
Hey -- So I finally got wheels. I hadn't planned on getting them until spring but kind of had to after I somehow split half of my OEM rim in half.

They're 18x8.5 and 18x19.5 graphite gray w/ a stainless steel lip.

I'm pretty happy w/ them except for the large gap on the front wheels. I need to lower it but it'll be a while.

i believe the stance would look much much better with suspension (springs at least) it looks like you raised on airbags.

i like the way the staggered wheel looks in the rear.

Nice rims!! Why does your car look so much higher compared to the other members with 18's and a stock setup?

Yeah it looks higher than what I see on stock C240+ 18"wheels. Probably the angle of taking pics make it looks higher??

Man, I am not feeling this car AT ALL.

The wheels are not hot at all - I would go back to the stock wheels. That gap in the front is HUGE - looks like you have a lift kit on that.

A lot of work left. I at least like the bix and the grill.

Nope, just the standard 240. I'm not sure why the gap is so huge... I really don't like it but unfortunately it's gonna have to stay like this for a while...

I am seriously debateing whether or not to get these rims. I'm on a budget so i was looking for a set of rims, specifically the bremma style or mono VI style. I think these may be velocity motoring brand? Not sure. The only thing i don't like about them is the fact that the lips are the same size all around. From searching the forum, i've heard that ride quality is lessened with 19s. Anyone with 19s notice a drastic difference in ride quality, like feeling bumps more, etc. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...6571156&rd=1,1
