2001 C320 performance

hey guys, i just bought a 2001 c320 and ive been reading on ur forums here that its supposed to get a time of a around 7 sec 0-60, now my car has amg 17" wheels, (225 front/245 rear) and i havent gotten around to changing the filters yet (did change engine oil tho) and its taking about 9 seconds to get to 60.do u guys know how much of this extra time i can shave off when i change the filters? im guessing it would be slower than other 320s cus of the tires
