Speaking of the electroluminescent door sills....do you guys think this is too rice if someone were to make a "Mercedes-Benz" one where you could stick to your windshield or back window?

Personally, I would stick it at the center of the base of my rear window and have it lit up (forget the flashing bit) at night. For me, lettering no taller than 1 inch would be my max.

I would do it the exact way you said

Where did you get the info on the lighted footwells? Thats a nice touch, especially with black interior, but even in mine, always having crap fall on the floor, and then under the seat, and you need a flashlight to see anything.
If you have a link to a DIY, or can provide more info, it would be appreciated. I'd like to see them go on and off with the interior lights when you open and close the doors.

I just purchase the lights and brought my car to a car customization store and they installed them for me.

I didn't get the info on the lighted footwells from anywhere. Ok maybe the C300 rental inspired me since they have illuminated footwells. Basically I have a 9 inch neon white light mounted under the dashboard within each footwell.
