To note, all our packages are with LET tuning, they are some of the best.
Wavey's car has UDPS, exhaust, Ignition upgrade. We are adding headers, tune, injectors, intake. We have the car for two weeks and will be tuning the SH*T out of it. Mike will be a very happy customer.
The 240 is stock but will be getting injectors, tune, and intake and possibly exhaust. We're hoping for about 210-220 Crank HP out of these motors.
The 230K is a whole different beast and we will be really exploiting this engine.
For the M112, a bigger TB doesn't really seem beneficial at this point. If our tuning goes good with Wavey's car, I'd like to offer an affordable Header back system for the C. If we can get a solid 300 HP without cams I'll be very happy. Package cost will probably be under 3K as well.
We're really starting to pick up speed. Our company has a bit of a rep and that is really helping us move forward.
The next few years are going to be great times to own a MB.

Something Slow
Wavey's car has some stuff on it already (UDPS, 2nd cat & rez del). Wavey is having VRP headers installed to go with the tune + TVT injectors + maybe a TVT intake solution. I didnt get to ask wavey about the intake.

IIRC, Hooleyboy just did this w/ his NA m113 and made power. The m112k guys have found out long ago they lost power w/ 2nd cat del. Not all NA engines are the same?

Also hooleyboy has a 5.4L v8 vs a 3.2L v6 we're talking about. V8's tend to response better to mods given obvious reasons.
The cat isn't something thats going to be eating a lot of power...so its not going to show huge power gains from a cat delete.

not sayin that...i was just be cautious. Like i said you can gain higher hp numbers on a dyno but your low end torque can drop from the loss of backpressure.
Most oem manufacturers try to get you as much lower end torque as possible to get people moving for there day to day driving.
Another reason oem air boxs tend to have those retangle boxes instead of a straight pipe like aftermarket intakes.
we'll see what kind of number tvt's design put up once he posts his dynos.

Here are the baseline dyno results.
C320: 163 HP/ 169 TQ
C240: 137 HP/ 137 TQ
The numbers seem low, but every dyno is different. It's the change we are looking for.
I actually think there is something a little off with the 320...

Wavey has a SI tune already, so at the least he should be 40HP over the C240.
The fact that he was only 26HP is a little puzzling.
This was a dyno dynamics dyno.
I'd post more, but I've had a very aggravating day and need to get away from the PC and chill...
