sunroof problem
okay guys im back agian, and heres the problem.
my sunroof cover wont close, so how do i close it? my sunroof open just fine, but when i try to close the sunroof cover it sound like the gears are grinding, so how do i mannually close it? i really need help because the car gets so hot with my son in the car PLEASE HELP!

Have u had the battery disconnected/power off recently? If so,the sunroof has to be re-synced which is just moving it all the way back & holding button in about 5 seconds,move forward all the way,hold button 5 seconds,up all the way,hold 5 seconds & down,hold 5 seconds. With "gears grinding" I'd guess its probably the motor.Your owners manual has procedure for manual open/close...Your rails are clean,right? Nothing obstructing them,correct? (I assume you've checked stuff THAT basic)
