Don't know if this will help but... saw a C230 sport sedan at the dealer this morning and the window sticker said "leather inserts"

No, because that is the sedan. Sedans come standard with inserts, coupes come with cloth. So the question is still whether the leather is really all leather.

No, i'm on a limited work schedule because of school, so I'm always busy when I am at work. I'll be there for a couple hours today, so I'll try to find out.

I think fake leather is more durable, less smelly in hot weather, and generally nicer looking over the life of the car if installed well. Considering many if not most owners of the c230 cannot even accept its not real leather can contest that the fake leather looks great. I was highly considering BMW or Audi because they have fake leather available in their entry level cars. I almost bought a used 1999 Volvo c70 before I bought my c230 but the leather seats were just totally distorted, wrinkled, smelly, and faded.
