Hey guys new to the site...
I just bought my fiance a 06' C230 Sport and I am looking to put dual exhaust on it. Where do I get the AMG rear bumper or something similar???
Thanks,
Gino

I had my exhaust done with my stock bumper. I had a body shop do the cut outs. Looks great. No need to waste money on a 55 bumper, unless you want to be 100% OEM, but then again I doubt you're gonna use a real 55 exhaust ($$$) so.... here's a pic to show my bumper

Correct. I vinyled the little "dimpled" part of the bumper with some flat black vinyl. I have to say, it looks awesome. Totally changes the car. I just got the tails tinted too, so its even better now. I will post pics ASAP.

Yeah I hear you on the bite off the AMG stuff, but I'm not going to put badges on it or anything like that jus like the amg stamp...![crazy](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/crazy.gif)
I had alot of Dinan on her E36 but I never tried to pass it off as a real Dinan car...
Just performance Names that tie to the manufacturer...![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
Also mines a 6 cyl why would it sound like a 4 cyl ???

Yeah but were they Dinan tips on a UUC exhaust? You see where I'm coming from? I mean, do what you want, I'm not hating. I just think it's out of place. If it were a full AMG exhaust I could understand. It's not like you can just buy AMG stuff to put on the car like you can buy Lorinser or Carlsson. To each their own though...
Ooops, didn't see you had a 2.5L C230.

Yeah man I got what your saying but they really don't make a nice dual setup for these cars so I have to fab...
But I am going to use a S55 AMG muffler single in/dual out and plumb it like roll'n did...

I originally wanted to go with dual ovals like ROLNNN has on his setup. However, my muffler shop didn't have a mandrel bender so I couldn't use those. Personally, I wouldn't put AMG tips on a non-AMG car. Looks out of place. I got four Borla tips that, as you can see, seem to fit nicely. Ultimately though, its your car and your decision. I just think its wierd to see AMG but hear louder 4cyl. you know?

Wow the CL muffler is way loud...
I might as well be running no muffler...
going to look at Kleeman or eisenmann muffler...
I need a single 2.5" inlet dual 2" outlet

Thanks, it was in the neighborhood of $575 cant remember the exact cost. I have more pics of it in my thread. If you want to check it out, just search for my screen name. AAA exhaust does the dual/quad setup a couple different ways. My way was the cheaper of the 2.
