A Fair price for 2001 C320?

A Fair price for 2001 C320?
Hi guys, I have been wondering what is the fair market price that i should get for the 01 C320? It has been a seriously great car but i am changing it soon.
It has most of the options, sport, navi, bixenon, folding mirrors, bluetooth and others.

I think thats a pretty fair price that you've posted. Its sad to say, but our cars arent worth too much now a days 
edit: I imagine lots of those options were added after you bought the car, but maybe you should consider parting out to recoup some costs?
