Hi guys and girls

I began noticing a some grinding engine sound at 2000 RPM, it happens both in neutral or in a gear.

Any ideas?

Yeah anytime I hear funny noises from the engine with any car, I take it in to the dealer. It is under warranty and that is what warranty is for. Especially if you here it all the time at that RPM. You wait to long and bam the engine could be blown.

...which most likely will be covered under warranty.

Yes but would you rather wait for the engine to blw and then wait to be replaced or have the one you have now fixed of a minor defect.

I decided to drive the car to the dealer today and it would not do the sound anymore, I even drove around for half an hour to make sure the engine is warmed up.

The only difference since yesterday, it got a lot warmer outside.
