Xenon bulb replacement (low-beam)
I apologize for my question, but I could not find the answer in the c-class forum via multiple searches. I have a 2002 C320 with OEM Xenon low-beams. The only information I could gather is that I believe I need an HID-D2R bulb. Is this correct? Also, where would you recommend I purchase these?
Thank you.
Thank you.

Yes you need a D2R bulb.
You can buy them on a number of web sites or Ebay.
You'll see two price tiers. Expensive bulbs are made by Philips, Osram or GE. The inexpensive ones are made by other manufacturers, and you can choose different color "temperatures". Quality of these bulbs may vary.

I know it's an old thread, but could anyone tell me if it's possible to change the bulb by myself or I would need to go to a MB dealer ?
In the manual it says that there is a serious risk of injury and death, if I try it for my self. Please let me know. Any info is aprecciated. I need this info to check 1st if the light bulb it's damaged or there is something else.
Sincerely,
I

Help with lamp clip
Help. Does anyone have pictures of how to line up the rotating brown clamp that holds the bulb in place? I can't for the life of me get it to line up again to rotate and lock back in the housing. The manual is no help. Thank you.
