Looking for suggestions for Performance Chips

I'm currently looking for a good value and performance in a ECU chip. Can anyone suggest some ideas?

What engine do you have? Besides Renntech, check with Wetteraur, Opera Design, Upsolute.

There is also hs electronik, but their price and performance increase leads me to believe that it is a pulley kit or includes a pulley and chip.
