transfer case jerky!

Hey,

I have a 2003 c240 4matic, and recently my transmission has been a little jerky and when I went to get my oil changed the dealership noticed that it was, but they didn't check it out since they charge a lot for diagnosis. They just let me know it has to do with my transfer case, and I don't knwo if any of you have had this problem, or what you think it might be? That would really help me out. Thanks!

How does transfer case jerky compare in taste to beef jerky?
I bet it's a little oily tasting.

I don't see how a transfer case can be "jerky" unless it's damaged. I do understand how the auto box can be "jerky"

Make sure you don't have a Valeo radiator leaking coolant into your transmission. Have the transmission flushed & fluid replaced.
