I am looking for aftermarket pads and rotors for 2005 c230 Kompressor Sport Sedan.

When I look at various sites such as partsgeek etc. I see that they have rotors and pads labeled "Not for models with Evolution Sport package" or "w/ AMG or Sport Package" or "Not for models with Evolution Sport package" etc.

I have a couple of questions:

1. My car is a Sport Sedan, does that mean that I need to buy "w/ AMG or Sport Package" ; and

2. What is "Evolution Sport package"

Any help would be great.

The 2005 C230s have the evolution sport package. You need to find rotors and pads that will fit cars with that package. The rotors are Zimmerman, I believe.

I would recommend taking the calipers off and checking the actual shape of the pads if you aren't sure. The 05-07 should have the same rotors and calipers (2 piston). Here are what the pads look like and I'd be more than happy to get rid of them The part number for the rotor should be on the rotor somewhere so just check that and cross reference.
