Has any one seen brown poplar wood trim/ or charcoal cinnamora wood trim in C230 coupe? I am thinking of ordering one of these 2 trims and leather trimmed wheel and shift knob. Exterior Magma Red with Charcoal/Red cloth interior. Which wood option would look best?

the charcoal cinnamora looks best with dark interior. the brown poplar looks best with light interior. i've seen the charcoal cinnamora and i have the brown poplar with oyster leather interior. both of the wood options are beautiful, and add a luxurious feel to the car.

I just ordered my coupe with charcoal leather and the brown poplar wood trim. I know typically people go for the darker wood with the darker leather, but I thought the brown poplar would really give some warmth to the console. I preferred the look of the brown poplar over the charcoal cinnamora in general, too. Now I just have to wait until March or April to get it!

i'm sure it will look great, i've just only seen the dark on dark and light on light. ironically, i almost picked the cinnamora trim with my oyster leather to give a sharp contrast to the interior, but i like the brown poplar better as you did. all the interior options look great when involving wood, you can't go wrong no matter what you decide.
