fuel pump relay
Greetings!
Would someone be kind enough to tell me where to find the fuel pump relay in an '03 C230K Sport Sedan? My car won't start. I checked the fuel rail and there is no fuel pressure with the key on. I pulled the rear seat and pinned the fuel pump harness. I assume I should find a 12v signal with the key on. Nada. Unless I'm missing something I assume I have a bad fuel pump relay.
Thanks for the help!

It is the first relay on the top, on the Rear SAM Control Unit on the left hand side in the trunk. Check out the link in my signature if you need full pictures, as well as diagnostics.

Nope. Pump is dead. Checked fuse 4 and ran a jumper across the relay. I was reading 12v at the jumper. Still nothing.
Thanks for the reply!!
Edit: Just checked at the fuel pump plug and got 12v. dead pump confirmed for sure.

Just a quick one - Benz recommends replacement of both tank modules at the same time for trouble free running. I know this adds about US$250 to the job - your choice. Out of interest - Is your pump a Pierburg?
