Brake DIY?
I have tried searching the forums for a solid brake DIY, but I haven't found anything.

Trying to find a W203 Pad DIY, to help me with my W204, which needs rear pads due to the original part being defective/too soft.

Just trying to make sure I know about any unique intricacies of Mercedes pad change.

You've got defective brake issues on a W204? Sounds like the only DIY you need is a "drive it yourself"...to the nearest dealer to have it fixed under warranty.

Why wrong forum? There are no DIYs for W204 too new. I love the W203 too, I read your forum all the time.

Anyway, appreciate the link.

I did check the stickies and didn't see one for brakes. Sorry.

Also, yes defective rear pads, they have replacement part less soft. However, car has to have less than 13,000 miles on it. Furthermore, dealer is 2 hours away, so it's a lot cheaper this way.

Yea in hindsight I totally came off the wrong way with my last post. I didn't mean you aren't welcome here, just that you should do a bit more searching, the info is around (on the W203 forum I mean, not sure about W204 yet).
